You asked for a monster, I drew you a monster.

This is the feral form of my character, Lielekar, who I never really introduced on dA. He's been more of my Tumblr brainchild for the most part until now. He's an incubus who will actually manipulate his victims dreams to give them some nice little imagery while he does what he needs to do. They are usually quite pleasant to his prey, at least until he's done with them. Then he might rape them mentally with vicious imagery of his demon form tearing them to shred and then some. I really love how your low lighting art comes out. <3
How do you do it?! Is the lighting something you do at the end?
Either way, he seems pretty cool but I don't want him in my dreams.

Thank you, I'm glad you approve of my low lighting pieces lol. As for how I did this, I actually started with a dark canvas and painted the lighted areas onto it. I decided where I wanted the brunt of the lighting to be(his nose) and slowly washed out the light from there, putting some highlights on reflective sources like his horns and areas they might effect. Hope that makes some kind of sense.

I'm sure you'd love him in your dreams though. I know he'd love to be in yours~
